I am the Owner & Founder of JENuine Nutrition™.

I am a Certified Integrative Nutrition Coach, Hormone & Lifestyle Expert with over a decade of experience in the Health & Fitness Industry.

I went from a high performance athlete – Basketball, Volleyball and Bodybuilding; what I like to call “Beastmode Jen”, to Holistic Nutrition & Lifestyle Expert, Yoga and Pilates lover “Zen Jen”.

For over a decade, I have lived both sides of the industry and have figured out the missing link and created a proven system for long-term weight loss.

This system has helped me maintain between 5-10 lbs. of my High School weight without dieting or extreme workouts. In fact, I barely workout…at least not by conventional standards.

I overcame the challenge that our society has placed on us by thinking I had to workout like crazy all the time, restrict my calories and eat bird food for the rest of my life to lose or maintain my weight.

How long is the program?

The Balanced Eating Blueprint™ is a 10-week program and is the first phase of your transformation.

Is this a diet and do I have to count calories?

This is NOT a diet, this is a LIFESTYLE change. This is the start of a new journey to transforming your eating habits so you can achieve results that will last a lifetime.

When are the group sessions?

Virtual group sessions will be held every other Monday at 6:00 pm CST / 12 pm EST.
The sessions are 90 minutes and will be recorded.

Will the sessions be recorded?

Yes. All sessions will be recorded and will be available throughout the duration of the program and one month after completion. While sessions will be recorded, it is recommended that you actively participate and try your best to attend the live sessions for optimal results.
